Emma is now a qualified, registered dental nurse. She is currently undertaking a course run by the London Deanery to qualify her to apply flouride varnish and in July she starts studying for the Oral Health Education post qualification, also run by the London Deanery. With these skills and additional qualifications Emma will be in a position to run her own clinics as an Oral Health Educator which will be of great benefit to the Practice. She has a keen interest and knowledge in oral health products and since Corinne, our hygienist, joined us Emma has enjoyed working with her and has taken the lead in ordering the oral health products. Her long term aim is to train to be a hygienist.
Joy joined us as a qualified, registered dental nurse. She has enjoyed attending several courses this year, especially her most recent one where she gained additional training in impression taking. She is also keen to study for the OHE post qualification
Both nurses have proved to be a great asset to the practice and are so reliable.
Neil Duthie, our receptionist, successfully completed his Customer Service Qualification in March . He is our 'link' between the practice and our local lab and delivers newly taken impressions when necessary.
Neeshita Ruparel is coping well with her journey commuting daily from Middlesex. She has settled in very well and is proving to be a great asset to the practice.
Corinne Tavares, our hygienist, has been with us for 1 year now and is usually here twice a month but is regularly here the last Friday of every month.
